Reporting from Personnel – Online learning

The course covers producing reports based on staff data in SIMS Personnel. It includes running and previewing existing reports and designing and editing reports, including word lists, mail merge letters and labels, rich text format (RTF) and Analysis Reports. We've listened to our customer feedback, and are delighted to be able to offer this course as Tutor led Training to complement the ScoLearn course, please contact Scomis for more information.

Reports on staff can be designed and used immediately, or saved for future use whenever required. Report definitions designed in one school, by a local authority (LA), or by an Academy Trust, can be exported for use in other schools. The design wizard guides you through the choices required to produce the desired report. Previously designed or imported reports can be loaded and adapted as required.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • run and preview existing reports
  •  design and run reports
  • edit existing reports
  • create new reports from existing ones
  • manage reports
