Update – 11:20
We can confirm that connectivity to our services has been restored following changes made by the South West Grid for Learning earlier this morning.
(09:55) South West Grid for Learning have advised that they believe they have resolved the issue that was preventing our customers from accessing our services. They will continue to monitor the situation until 12:00 after which they will confirm resolution.
(08:48) Some of our customers are unable to log on to our Hosted Applications platform, this appears to be confined to users of the South West Grid for Learning. The SWGFL have confirmed that they are currently experiencing a core connectivity issue which they are currently investigating
For those affected please make sure that you are using the latest version of our Hosted Applications connector (v5.38) which can be downloaded from this FAQ – http://faq.scomis.org/kb9079/
In the connection options please select “Force Failover Connection” which will utilise our backup Eclipse connection, this can help restore connectivity.
