Bromcom Webinars for Devon maintained schools

All recordings of our recent Scomis/Bromcom webinars have been uploaded to our FAQ site, along with ‘bite size’ videos and FAQs. This area will ‘grow’ and be regularly updated, and we can tailor it to customer feedback.

Continuous Service Improvement

We’ve just given our Customer Service StandardsConsultation & Engagement Strategy, and Customer Feedback Policy their annual review. These documents were initially developed in close consultation with our customer user groups a few years back.

What’s Changed?

Just a few minor updates to keep things fresh and relevant. The principles of our policies remain the same.
