Hello and welcome to the Scomis Newsletter. This newsletter contains reporting in Bromcom guides, a reminder about your pupil premium data, FAQs on getting started in your MIS, and guidance on the Autumn School Census.

Reporting in Bromcom ‘Bite Size’ Videos

Don’t forget to import your Pupil Premium data!

Please be aware that your Pupil Premium data DOES NOT roll over, it needs to be imported.

How?

• Access the Get Information About Pupils (GIAP) portal using your secure Login and Password
• Download the Pupil Premium funding allocations file for the financial year you are working with (2025/2026)
• Import the downloaded file into your Management Information System following our FAQ.

Updating Confirmed Pay Award 25/26 in Bromcom 

With the announcement that the NJC 2025/26 pay award has been accepted schools should add the pay award in Bromcom by following the FAQ below and steps provided for confirmed pay awards.
