Hey Matt!

Where can I find guidance and support under the new Ofsted framework?
I’m glad you asked! Whether you use Arbor or Bromcom, there is support available for the new Ofsted framework through the links below.
If your school has Ofsted in, you can also contact the Service Desk and we will prioritise the case to a higher level (P2) for a quicker response and resolution, as we understand the importance of supporting Schools during Ofsted.

"Since migrating from Bromcom Support to Scomis Support for our Trust’s Management Information, the difference has been remarkable. The level of customer service Scomis delivers is exceptional. For our schools, speaking to a real person is far more beneficial than waiting for an email response through a portal. While Scomis offers portal functionality, their commitment to human interaction truly sets them apart. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and, when they don’t have an immediate answer, they are quick to find one. Their remote login assistance has been invaluable, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption. Scomis understands the needs of our Trust and provides a service that feels personal, responsive, and reliable. We couldn’t be happier with the support they provide."
