Our mission is to deliver service excellence to our customers nationally, achieving improved outcomes and creating proven value. Here we’ve pulled together infographics showing the highlights of the financial year 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 for three of our key service areas: Service Desk performance, MIS Support and Hosted Application Service. These results demonstrate our commitment to our mission and values.
