Training Course Timetable

Before enrolling in any training, it’s important to understand what specific skills or knowledge you’re looking to gain. Identify areas where you feel you need improvement or where new skills would benefit you.

Review the list of Scomis training courses provided. You can filter by course category and job role, consider selecting courses that align with your job responsibilities and learning goals.

Based on your learning preferences, decide whether you want to take tutor-led training or self-directed courses. Tutor-led training involves real-time interaction with trainers, while self-directed courses allow you to learn at your own pace.

If you’re opting for remote tutor-led training, ensure that your computer meets the technical requirements. This often involves having a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. Sometimes access to the training environment will be required. Pre-course instructions will be sent if the training environment is needed.

Once you’ve identified the courses that best match your needs and preferences, proceed with enrolling in or registering for those courses. Follow the instructions provided by Scomis for the enrolment process.  If you don’t see the course you are looking for please contact your Account Manager.  You can either phone the Scomis Service Desk on 01392 385300 or email – scomis@devon.gov.uk
